What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour starts, you will receive a full refund of the tour price, minus a 4.4% non‑refundable transaction fee for PayPal or credit card payments. This fee cannot be returned as it is charged by the payment platform and cannot be recovered by us. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows on the day will not be eligible for any refund.
